By accessing our website (pinjrapolegaushala.com), making a donation, or availing any seva service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Website

2.1 Permitted Use

• You may use our website to learn about Gau Seva, make donations, and book seva services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms.

2.2 Prohibited Use

• You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Gaushala or its reputation.
• Automated scraping, spamming, or misuse of our donation system is strictly prohibited.
• You must not impersonate Pinjrapole Gaushala or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

3. Donations

3.1 Voluntary Contributions

All donations made to Pinjrapole Gaushala Jaipur are completely voluntary. Donations are used exclusively for the care, feeding, medical treatment, and shelter of Gaumatas and birds in our Pakshi Ghar.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We do not store any payment card or banking details on our servers.

3.3 Donation Receipts

Upon successful donation, you will receive a confirmation receipt via WhatsApp (if opted) and/or email. Please retain this receipt for your records.

3.4 No Refund Policy

As donations are used immediately for Gau Seva operations, they are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for specific circumstances where refunds may be considered.

4. Seva Services

4.1 Gau Puja

Gau Puja services are subject to availability at our Gaushala premises. Bookings must be made in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule Gau Puja in exceptional circumstances (natural calamity, public health emergency, etc.).

4.2 Gau Adoption

Gau Adoption is a symbolic seva commitment. The adopter does not gain legal ownership of any specific cow. The Gaushala retains full custody and care responsibility. Photo updates will be sent as promised.

4.3 Chaara Daan

Chaara Daan donations are pooled and used to purchase fodder for all Gaumatas collectively. The Gaushala management determines the most appropriate use of pooled donations for the welfare of all animals.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Pinjrapole Gaushala name — is the property of Pinjrapole Gaushala Jaipur or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pinjrapole Gaushala Jaipur is a charitable trust dedicated to Gau Seva. We make every effort to ensure accurate information on our website. However, we provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
